A Six Month Kingdom Incubator

Every year we journey with 20 new businesses, non profit organizations, and ministries as they launch their Kingdom Dream. We combine church leaders, dreamers, + entrepreneurs to move them from ground zero (I have an idea or a small start up) to launch. We use our proven 4 part Launch Sequence to walk dreamer through every step: Discover, Design, Develop, + Deploy. Throughout this process we also equip church leaders to start dream factories in their local contexts.

 

YOUR JOURNEY

Over these 6 months you will receive…

  • 2 retreats in the Atlanta area with KDI team and expert coaches.

 

A discovery retreat to excavate the dream that's in your heart

A design Ideation Lab that will create the blueprints of and design your life around your dream

A development process including 9 weeks of our business accelerator program

A deployment process with a demo day and launch day to activate your Kingdom Dream

  • Over 20 hours of coaching from the KDI team and expert coaches outside of our retreat experience.

 

Our Four Step Launch Sequence

Throughout this journey we will walk you through our Launch Sequence that will take you from discovering your dream to deploying it into the world. Every dream we have seen launched (including our own) used this process, it is what has unlocked everything for us.

DISCOVER
The discovery process will excavate the dream already in the heart of every believer. 

DESIGN
The design process will initiate a foundation for the development of your Kingdom dreams.

DEVELOP
The development process will iterate, test and shape your kingdom dream.

DEPLOY
The deployment process will activate your dreams outside the walls of the church and into the community.

  • Most people need an accountable process and an encouraging community to actually launch their dream. The magic of the KDI cohort is that we provide both.

  • We are looking for church leaders who have a Kingdom Dream they are looking to launch personally or for their church community and or for church leaders looking to start a Dream Factory in their local context.

  • No, all of our coaching and training will be done online with the exception of the 3 retreats that will happen in and around the Atlanta area.

  • No, but we are specifically looking for partners who have a Kingdom mindset and want to partner with us in the redemptive work in our communities. We work with a lot of for-profit organizations and we see the opportunity to have a unique Kingdom impact through redemptive businesses.
